From when I first joined Mous (2017) to when I left (2019), the company has grown from a turnover of $3.5 million with 15 employees to an annual turnover of $37 million employing over 70 staff. Being part of a company experiencing exponential growth from a disruptive start-up to the third fastest growing SME in the country has given me a unique perspective of the successes and pitfalls, the stresses and the strains experienced by an early-stage business.
